I am a military veteran and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who brings both lived experience and deep clinical expertise to my work. Having served in the military myself, I understand firsthand the culture of service — the strength it builds, the weight it leaves, and the unique barriers that make asking for help feel like the hardest mission of all.

My clinical work focuses on helping adults, veterans, active duty service members, and first responders address childhood trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and substance and alcohol addiction, while creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment.

I believe that meaningful healing happens when we look beyond symptoms and understand the full person — their experiences, relationships, strengths, struggles, and personal story. My goal is to work with you as a whole person, helping you make sense of where you are, identify where you want to be, and move toward lasting change with clarity and confidence. I look forward to supporting you in a way that feels genuine, individualized, and aligned with your goals.
