Licensed Couples & Relationship Therapist- Contract

We are looking for a therapist passionate about helping couples navigate communication challenges, attachment wounds, conflict resolution, infidelity recovery, premarital counseling, and relational trauma. Faith integration is always client-directed and never required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide couples and relationship therapy via Telehealth and in-person sessions

  • Conduct relational assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Facilitate structured interventions for conflict resolution and trust repair

  • Utilize evidence-based modalities (EFT, Gottman-informed, attachment-based, or similar)

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)

  • Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience

  • Specialized training in couples and relationship therapy

  • Strong understanding of attachment theory and relational dynamics

  • Must reside in Broward County or surrounding areas

Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist- Contract

We are seeking a therapist passionate about supporting children and adolescents navigating trauma, emotional regulation challenges, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and family transitions. This role includes a hybrid model covering Telehealth, in-office, and school-based sessions within Broward County.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy via Telehealth, in-office, and school-based sessions in Broward County

  • Collaborate with caregivers and school personnel when clinically appropriate

  • Develop individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment plans

  • Utilize trauma-informed, attachment-based, and evidence-based interventions

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)

  • Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience

  • Experience with childhood trauma, attachment-based work, or play-based approaches preferred

  • Must reside in Broward County or surrounding areas

  • Ability to provide Telehealth, in-office, and school-based sessions
