Do you find yourself constantly overthinking your relationships, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions? Maybe you people-please to avoid conflict, have difficulty trusting others, or find yourself repeating relationship patterns you promised yourself you would never repeat.

These patterns often have deeper roots.

I specialize in helping teens and adults navigate relationship challenges, childhood trauma, attachment wounds, people-pleasing, and difficulty setting healthy boundaries. Together, we explore how past experiences may be influencing the way you communicate, connect, respond to conflict, and see yourself today.

My goal is to help you understand why you respond the way you do while developing healthier ways to communicate, build relationships, manage conflict, and advocate for your needs without guilt.

You deserve relationships where you can feel safe, heard, respected, and connected—without losing yourself in the process.

My therapeutic approach

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed, creating a space where you can feel safe exploring the experiences and relationship patterns that may be affecting you today.

I primarily integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and past experiences. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier ways of coping and communicating, and work toward meaningful change.

For clients who value faith, I can also incorporate Christian principles and spirituality into therapy when desired.

My goal is to help you gain greater self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, and feel more confident setting boundaries and showing up authentically without losing yourself in the process.
