Hi there, I’m Lory. Do you feel like conflicts keep repeating in your family or your relationships, no matter what you try? Are you a parent struggling to connect with your child or set healthy boundaries? Does your teen feel misunderstood, withdrawn, or frustrated in their relationships with friends or family? Or maybe your child is having a hard time expressing their emotions and navigating friendships? If so, you’re not alone and you don’t have to navigate it alone either. I help individuals, families, parents, and children ages 5–18 heal from past hurts, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. My personal life experiences make me deeply empathetic, and I feel honored to walk alongside families as they navigate life’s challenges. I aim to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where children, teens, and parents can feel heard, understood, and supported. For families who value faith, I also integrate Christian principles and spiritual guidance into therapy, helping your family grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Every family deserves peace, understanding, and stronger bonds and I would be honored to support yours on that journey.
