Hi, I’m Alexandra! Are you struggling with anxiety or depression, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or finding it hard to set boundaries or feel confident in who you are? I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and difficulty setting healthy boundaries. I have a special focus on helping clients build the confidence and self-worth needed to show up fully in their relationships and daily life. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, or stuck in patterns that leave them feeling depleted.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying a lot on your own. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. If you are ready to work through what’s weighing on you and build a stronger sense of confidence and connection, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
My therapeutic approach
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and attachment-based interventions.
Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you — your history, your current concerns, and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. From there, we identify your primary goals and build an approach that fits your unique situation.
For clients working through anxiety and depression, this often means building practical coping tools, identifying thought patterns that keep you stuck, and creating strategies to feel more grounded day to day. For clients navigating relationship challenges, we focus on understanding the patterns showing up in your connections and developing healthier ways to communicate and relate to others. And for clients working on boundaries and confidence, our work centers on helping you understand your own needs, strengthen your sense of self-worth, and practice asserting yourself in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
Throughout our time together, I tailor our approach to what you need most, checking in regularly on your progress and adjusting as we go. My goal is for you to leave our sessions with both deeper self-understanding and practical tools you can carry into everyday life.
