  • Hi, I’m Nikki, and I specialize in neurodivergent-affirming therapy. My goal is to help neurodivergent individuals better understand themselves and successfully navigate life’s challenges—both the good and the difficult—by honoring your unique needs, emotional experiences, and behavioral patterns. With over 8 years of counseling experience, I’ve had the honor of guiding people of all ages. As a neurodivergent person myself, I am continuously learning how to navigate my own life while helping others do the same. I believe my clients are the true experts on their own lives, and I am here to use my training and knowledge to support you on your journey to healing.

This group is right for you if:

  • You want to connect with others who have similar experiences and feel validated.

  • You want to gain insight into your family dynamics and understand the impact on adult life and relationships.

  • You want to learn how to set healthy boundaries to protect your mental health.

  • You want to learn how to effectively communicate your needs.

  • You want to release any shame or guilt.

This group is not right for you if:

  • You are experiencing suicidal ideation.

  • You are currently experiencing severe mental health issues that require more intensive treatment such as therapy.

  • You are currently experiencing domestic violence or physical abuse by parents/family members.

  • You are not committed to attending the meetings regularly or actively participating in the discussions.

Will:

  • Explore how ADHD affects relationships.

  • Use guided exercises, learn emotional regulation skills. and have open discussions.

  • Provide handouts, worksheets, and reading materials for each session.

  • Discuss topics such as boundaries, effective communication skills, how to resolve conflicts, and so much more .
