Real Conversations. Practical Tools. Genuine Growth.

You don't have to carry everything on your own.

Many men have been taught to solve problems alone, stay strong no matter what, and keep their emotions to themselves. Over time, that pressure can lead to stress, isolation, frustration, strained relationships, and burnout.

Our Men's group is a confidential, therapist-led space where men can connect, learn, and grow alongside other men who understand the challenges of balancing work, relationships, family, and personal expectations.

Whether you're struggling with communication, navigating a life transition, managing stress, or simply looking to become a healthier version of yourself, you don't have to figure it out alone.

Meet Your Facilitator

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with nearly two decades of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through some of life's most challenging moments. Much of my career has been dedicated to working with youth in foster care and community-based settings, helping young people navigate the effects of trauma, abuse, neglect, and major life transitions. I have partnered with schools, families, and community agencies, including Broward County Public Schools and the Department of Juvenile Justice, to provide wraparound support that addresses the whole person.

Throughout my career, I have also worked with men facing challenges related to stress, relationships, anxiety, depression, anger, life transitions, and the lasting effects of childhood experiences. I understand that many men have been taught to carry their burdens in silence or feel that asking for help is a sign of weakness. My goal is to create a space where men can speak honestly, be heard without judgment, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges with confidence.

My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and solution-focused. I believe meaningful growth happens when people feel safe enough to be authentic while also being challenged to learn new perspectives and healthier ways of coping. In our group, you'll find a supportive environment where you can build emotional resilience, strengthen your relationships, and connect with other men who are committed to personal growth.

Whether you're working through stress, relationship difficulties, fatherhood, career pressures, or simply want to become a healthier version of yourself, I'm honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
